Cancellation Policy 

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for us and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 2 days notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your booking.

Cancellation after this time results in full fee being payable.

Rescheduling at less than 48 hours notice will incur an additional 50% Fee.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
